Warranty and Technical Support:
The warranty for products purchased with VAT is 12 months. For purchases made by individuals without VAT, the warranty is extended to 24 months, ensuring lasting and reliable support. Technical support is guaranteed and provided by Pizza-Gear.
Shipping of Sunmix Products
We deliver to EU country and Switzerland. We do not process transactions or deliveries to Liechtenstein, Italy.
VAT Exemption for Intra-Community Transactions:
We deliver our products to major countries in the European Union. To obtain the VAT exemption at 0% for intra-community transactions, you must provide us with your valid and active EU VAT number.
Cancellation:
The mixer will be commissioned only after receipt of payment. Since the mixer is custom-built for you, it is excluded from the possibility of exchange. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed with the manufacturer.
